Quick Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing issues with data not appearing on your dashboard, please check the following:

  1. Device Connectivity: Ensure your device is powered on and has a valid network connection.

  2. UDP Ingestion: Verify that your device is sending packets to the correct IP and Port.

  3. HMAC Keys: Double-check that the security keys on your device match those registered in the AdaTrack dashboard.

  4. Decoders: Check the decoder logs for any JavaScript execution errors.
